Rector Reviews Construction Progress of New Student Dormitory and Living Conditions

Today, Rector of Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, Professor Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov, accompanied by responsible officials, reviewed the progress of construction of a new student dormitory being built on the university campus.

During the visit, the Rector familiarized himself with the ongoing construction work at the new dormitory, the current condition of the facility, as well as the conditions that will be provided for students in the future. Relevant instructions were given to those responsible to ensure that construction work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with established requirements, as well as to ensure comfortable conditions for students at the beginning of the new academic year.

The Rector then visited Student Dormitory No. 4, located at 4 Zakovat Street.

The Rector held a warm and open conversation with first-year students residing in the dormitory. During the conversation, he inquired about their adaptation to the new academic environment and living conditions in the dormitory, the challenges they were facing, their studies, and how they were spending their free time meaningfully.

The students shared their opinions and suggestions on matters of interest to them. The Rector emphasized the importance of creating the necessary conditions for young people to adapt quickly and comfortably to university life, pursue their studies successfully, and live in a supportive environment.

During the visit, the existing conditions in the student dormitory, including residential rooms and amenities provided for students, were also inspected.
