RECTOR REVIEWS LIVING CONDITIONS OF STUDENTS IN RENTED ACCOMMODATION

Today, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, Rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University, accompanied by university representatives, visited students living in rented accommodation to learn about their living conditions.

During the visit, particular attention was paid to the students’ living conditions, sanitation and hygiene in their apartments, safety measures, and preparations for the autumn-winter season.

The rector held friendly discussions with the students, listening to their experiences regarding their studies, daily lives, existing challenges, and suggestions. He emphasized the importance of providing young people with safe and comfortable living conditions and responding to their concerns in a timely manner.

The rector and university representatives also spoke with landlords and provided recommendations on the proper use of heating systems during the autumn-winter season, ensuring the safe operation of electrical and gas appliances, complying with fire safety regulations, and preparing adequately for cold weather.

Regularly checking on students, identifying their concerns, and taking the necessary measures to ensure safe and comfortable living conditions throughout the autumn-winter season remain important priorities for the university.
