On October 7, a roundtable discussion titled "The Content and Essence of Certain Legal and Regulatory Documents Regulating Religious Activities in National Legislation" was held at the International Journalism Faculty of the Uzbekistan State University of Journalism and Mass Communication (OʻzDJTU).



At the beginning of the event, the faculty dean, Amrullo Karimov, emphasized the need to pay special attention to the stability and security of our country.



As part of the discussion, Dilshod Abdurahmonov, the head of the Tashkent city police department's anti-crime division in the Uchtepa district, along with professors Davron Muitov and Muhammadjon Islomov, delivered lectures.



During the discussion, efforts to combat religious extremism and prevent youth from joining extremist groups were addressed, and video presentations were shown. Students were warned about the importance of not listening to or distributing banned lectures. The event provided students with the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers on topics of interest to them.
