From June 15 to 19 of the current year, the Uzbekistan State World Languages University is conducting its regular semi-annual monitoring of basic doctoral students, doctoral candidates, and independent researchers.

The monitoring is organized by the university’s Department for Scientific Research, Innovation, and Training of Scientific-Pedagogical Staff. At the opening session, Rector I. The monitoring is conducted in accordance with Resolution No. 304 of May 22, 2017 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and University Order No. D/57. During the process, the scientific activities of 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-year doctoral students, doctoral candidates, and independent researchers are reviewed by relevant commissions based on established criteria.

Within the monitoring framework, researchers’ dissertation progress, scientific publications, conference participation, implementation of individual plans, and overall research activity are comprehensively evaluated.

This monitoring aims to improve the quality and efficiency of the scientific-pedagogical personnel training system, ensure regular analysis of research activities, and further develop the scientific potential of researchers.
