Since December 16, educational and practical seminars are organized in Namangan region for deputy governors of the District (City), heads of organizational and personnel groups and candidates included in the National Personnel Reserve.

The seminar, which will be held for four days, will provide participants with the opportunity to develop economy and entrepreneurship by introducing modern and effective methods of working system in the neighborhood, ensure employment, coordinate the activities of Representatives in the neighborhoods in solving problems on the spot, “Well-groomed apartment-Good Street – the criteria of” prosperous neighborhood "are given the necessary knowledge to explain the essence of the content, prevent violations in neighborhoods, maintain public order, ensure the safety of neighborhoods and streets, promote the implementation of citizens' rights to a favorable environment, and further support for the population of young people, women, socially vulnerable categories.

Rector of higher educational institutions, professors and experienced specialists are involved in the seminars, and the rector of the Uzbek State University of world languages Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov takes part in this seminar as a representative of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and innovation in the organization of educational processes.

At the seminars, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov spoke about the main tasks assigned to the heads of executive bodies in the speeches of our president in the legislative chamber and Senate of the Supreme Assembly on November 18-20, 2024. The workshop also provided insights on the news, changes in the directions, the work that needs to be focused on solving the problems of the population.
