On August 22, in accordance with the instruction of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 07-15-18 dated August 16, 2025, an economic seminar was held, dedicated to the content and significance of Presidential Decree No. PF-49 of March 13, 2024, “On measures to improve the system for evaluating the effectiveness of republican and local executive authorities, as well as economic associations.”

The seminar was actively attended online by Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov, Rector of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, along with vice-rectors and department heads. Leaders of the Ministry of Innovations, heads of higher education institutions, and representatives of various organizations also participated.

The agenda included discussions on the analysis of KPI indicators, implementation of the Decree in practice, improving the effectiveness of education, and developing cooperation. At the conclusion of the seminar, specific tasks for the upcoming quarter were defined.
