The 4-day training and practical seminar for leadership personnel in Namangan ended on December 19.

A training and practical seminar was effective for deputy mayors of cities and districts, heads of organizational and personnel groups and candidates included in the National Personnel Reserve.

For four days, lectures and presentations in the field of Public Administration were held by professors and experienced coaches as part of a 38-hour training program. In addition to theoretical knowledge, participants were taught practical skills. At the end of the Seminar, listeners were tested and their level of knowledge was assessed.

In a ceremony dedicated to the end of the training sessions of the educational and practical seminar organized at the "Ma’rifat maskani" in Namangan, the rector of UzSWLU, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, among the organizers and professors active in the process of the educational and practical seminar, was awarded the thanks of the regional governor.
