The Doctor of Philosophy(PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences, Sadiyev Valijon Alijonovich, was appointed to the first vice-rector for Youth affairs and spiritual and educational affairs at Uzbekistan State  World Languages University.

In 2000-2002, the coach of Namangan regional branch of "hand to hand combat" Federation.

In 2002-2006, he was a student of the National University of Uzbekistan

In 2006-2008, he was a master's student at the National University of Uzbekistan

In 2008-2009, he was the assistant of vice-rector of Namangan State University

In 2009-2010, he was the teacher of secondary education, school No. 109, Uchtepa district, Tashkent city

In 2013-2014,  the first teacher of Department of Social Sciences of the Tashkent Medical Academy

In 2010-2015, head of the department for working with talented students at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.

In 2015-2016, Deputy Head of the Department of Information-Analysis and Press Service of the Ministry of Culture and Sports

In 2016-2018, head of the department of spiritual and educational affairs and work with talented students at the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi.

In 2018-2019, head of the department of internal control and monitoring at the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi.

In 2019-2022, leading specialist in the department of organization and control of tests of the State Test Center under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2022-2023, chief specialist of the Department of Organizational Control of the Ministry of Health.

From June 12, 2023 — head of the department of working with appeal, control and monitoring of individual and legal entities of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute.
