The Opening Ceremony of the Republic Stage of the Foreign Languages Olympiad took place at UzSWLU

On November 11, the opening ceremony of the Republic Stage of the Foreign Languages Olympiad (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic) among university students was held at the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.

Before the ceremony, guests and participants were welcomed and registered. The event was officially opened with speeches by A. Khaliqov, a representative of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, and I. Tukhtasinov, the Rector of UzSWLU. Additionally, O. Yusupov, the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovation of UzSWLU, explained the process of the Olympiad and directed the participants to the first stage.

Within the framework of the Olympiad, students will demonstrate their knowledge and skills through a series of tests, written tasks, translation exercises, and interviews.
