The XVII Plenary Session of the Political Council of the “Adolat” SDP Was Held

On August 20, 2025, the XVII Plenary Session of the Political Council of the Social Democratic Party of Uzbekistan “Adolat” was held at the Uzbek State University of World Languages.

Members of the party’s Political Council, people’s deputies, and representatives of the party’s faction in the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis participated in the session. The Rector of UzSWLU, Ilhomjon Tukhtasinov, also attended the event.

Two items were included on the agenda:

The first item was the presentation of a report on the activities of the “Adolat” Social Democratic Party of Uzbekistan for the first half of 2025. The report was delivered by the Chairperson of the Political Council of the party, R. Mahmudova. The report provided a comprehensive overview of the party’s program goals, organizational and political activities, work carried out in the regions, and future tasks.

The second item was the report on the activities of the party’s faction in the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis for the first half of 2025. This report was also presented by R. Mahmudova, the head of the party’s parliamentary faction. It included information on legislative initiatives, participation in the review of draft laws, meetings with voters, and other important activities.

Based on the discussions held, appropriate decisions were made regarding the presented reports.
