According to Paragraph 24 of the Roadmap approved by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-161 dated April 17, 2024, a task has been set to train the population in practical actions during earthquakes using educational simulators (earthquake simulators).

To ensure the implementation of this task and to improve students’ practical skills in acting correctly during emergencies arising from various natural disasters—particularly earthquakes—and in providing first aid to victims, all the necessary conditions have been created at the Civil Protection Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. More than 10 modern simulators allow students to acquire both theoretical and practical skills in emergency situations (earthquake, fire, explosion, mudflow, avalanche, etc.).

In view of the above, we kindly ask you to assist in informing university students about the practical training sessions organized at the Emergency Situations Simulation Center of the Civil Protection Institute and to help arrange visits for students who wish to participate.
