From November 20 to 22, a seminar-training on the topic "Media Coverage of Gender Issues" was held at the International Journalism Faculty of UzSWLU.

During the training, students received answers to the following questions:

Why are gender issues rarely covered in the media?

What is the role of the media in preventing gender-based violence?

How should gender issues be covered in the media?

What is a stereotype?

The training was conducted by Professor Nargis Qosimova and Nodira Alimova, the director of the “Qalb Nuri” Center, which provides legal, psychological, and social assistance to women and their families.
