University Delegation Departs for Karakalpakstan
Today, a delegation from Uzbekistan State World Languages University (UzSWLU) departed for the Republic of Karakalpakstan to participate in a series of dialogue sessions and cultural-educational events organized at the Nukus Branch of Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology.

The delegation includes the Rector of UzSWLU, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov; the Rector’s Press Secretary and Adviser on Information Policy, Otabek Ibragimov; the Dean of the Second Faculty of English, Zokir Bazarov; tutors; and 43 active students representing various faculties of the university.
Prior to the departure, Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov met with the members of the delegation and spoke about the objectives and significance of the visit, emphasizing its role in strengthening cooperation among young people. Special attention was also given to the rules and regulations to be observed during the trip, safety measures, and the importance of representing the university in a manner befitting its reputation.

The delegation set off for Nukus by train. As part of the visit, a number of meetings between students and young people, cultural and educational activities, and experience-sharing initiatives are planned.
