2026-09-18 12-32 UNIVERSITY STAGE OF THE “BEST SONG” COMPETITION HELD
The university stage of the “Best Song” competition was held at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages to support the talents and creative abilities of students and provide them with opportunities to showcase their musical potential.
The competition brought together students and teams who had won at the faculty-level stages. Participants presented their performances in the solo and group performance categories. They performed songs in various genres, demonstrating their creative skills and stage culture.
SOLO PERFORMANCE CATEGORY:
1st place — Diyorbek Akhtamov, Faculty of English Philology
2nd place — Mokhida Rejabboyeva, Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology
3rd place — Nihola Sobirova, Faculty of Oriental Philology
GROUP PERFORMANCE CATEGORY:
1st place — “Qizlar” team
2nd place — “Joziba” team
3rd place — “Renessans” team
“Best Singer” nomination — “Angren liderlari” team.
During the award ceremony, diplomas and cash prizes were presented to the winners and prize-winners of the competition.
According to the competition regulations, cash prizes in the solo and group performance categories are set at twice the basic scholarship for 1st place, one and a half times the basic scholarship for 2nd place, and the equivalent of one basic scholarship for 3rd place.
