UzSWLU Faculty Members Participate in Professional Development at Selçuk University and Expand Academic Cooperation

A group of faculty members from the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages—G. Mamatov, R. Kholmuradov, Z. Zamonov, and T. Axmedov—is currently undertaking a short-term professional development programme at the prestigious Selçuk University in Konya, Türkiye.

During the visit, a series of meetings is being held to strengthen practical academic and research cooperation between the two higher education institutions, explore best practices, familiarize participants with the activities of libraries and research centres, and enhance collaboration between faculties and academic departments.

In particular, meetings with the leadership and specialists of the Institute of Social Sciences at Selçuk University focused on expanding academic mobility opportunities for faculty members and students, launching professional development programmes, conducting joint research projects, publishing co-authored articles in leading international academic journals, participating in editorial boards, improving H-index performance, and jointly organizing international scientific and practical conferences.
