2026-10-13 09-28 UzSWLU HOSTS “JOB FAIR – 2026”
On 13 October, Uzbekistan State World Languages University hosted the “Job Fair – 2026” in cooperation with the Uchtepa District Hokimiyat, the Uchtepa District Prosecutor’s Office, the Faculty of Romance-Germanic Philology, the Career Center, and the Registrar’s Office. The event aimed to support the employment of final-year students and graduates, introduce them to available vacancies, and strengthen cooperation with employers.
The event was opened by O‘zDJTU Rector Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov. In his speech, he highlighted the importance of providing graduates with employment opportunities, guiding them towards professional careers in line with labour market demands, and strengthening cooperation between the university and employers.
Participants included S. Mukhtorov, Prosecutor of Uchtepa District; A. Kholmatov, Deputy Prosecutor of Uchtepa District; F. Mirzarakhimova, Deputy Head of the private educational institution “Louvre Académie”; M. Akhmatova, Head of “Nemix” LLC; and S. Muhammedova, a representative of the “Safiya” confectionery house. They spoke with graduates and provided information about available job vacancies and employment opportunities for young professionals.
Representatives of around 40 public and private organizations, banking and financial institutions, educational centres, insurance companies, tourism businesses, and service-sector organizations took part in the fair.
During the event, graduates had the opportunity to communicate directly with employers, explore available vacancies, submit their CVs, and receive practical advice on finding employment.
