UzSWLU Leadership Inspects Student Living Conditions
On October 7, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, Rector of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, together with university administration representatives, visited rented accommodations where students live.
During the visit, the Rector toured several residences and closely examined the students' living conditions, sanitation and hygiene standards, safety issues, and the moral environment.
The main goal of the meeting was to study students’ lifestyles, familiarize with their extracurricular activities, and provide practical assistance in resolving existing problems.
Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov attentively listened to students’ opinions about their academic involvement, social activity, and living conditions. Students shared their problems, suggestions, and everyday experiences.
Conversations were also held with the landlords, who were advised to maintain a responsible attitude toward students, observe safety regulations, and ensure necessary conveniences.
The Rector emphasized that providing students with comfortable, safe, and healthy living environments remains a constant priority for the university leadership.
