UzSWLU Student Participated in an International Program

Zilolakhon Komilova, a 4th-year student of the Political Science program at the Faculty of International Journalism, successfully took part in the International Winter School program “Unknown and Known Latin America,” held on November 19–22, 2025, at the Institute of Psychological and Economic Research (IPEI) in Saratov, Russian Federation.

She was awarded the opportunity to participate in this program through an international grant.

During the Winter School, sessions were held on topics such as the political systems of Latin America, models of economic development, the region’s role in global processes, and contemporary geopolitical challenges. Participants had the opportunity to exchange views with leading researchers, experts, and students from various countries and to engage in practical seminars and discussions.

Zilolakhon Komilova’s participation in this international academic project contributed to expanding her academic interests, gaining foreign experience, and strengthening our university’s international cooperation ties.
