2026-10-16 11-44 “WE ARE AGAINST DRUG ADDICTION!”
A. Khallillayev, Dean of the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology at Uzbekistan State World Languages University; Sh. Bustanova, IPMBIB psychologist; M. Abdurakhmonova, IPMBIB specialist; and Z. Nazarova, faculty tutor, conducted an awareness-raising session for students under the slogan “We Are Against Drug Addiction!”
During the session, students received detailed information about the harmful effects of drug addiction on physical health, psychological well-being, and future prospects, its serious consequences, and the importance of promoting a healthy lifestyle among young people.
Special attention was paid to encouraging students to avoid harmful habits, spend their free time productively, participate in sports and other beneficial activities, and make responsible decisions in life.
The main objective of this awareness initiative was to foster a zero-tolerance attitude towards drug addiction among students, strengthen their legal and social responsibility, and widely promote a healthy lifestyle among young people.
