Within the framework of the forum, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Uzbekistan State World Languages University and Pablo de Olavide University.
Under this agreement, the parties agreed to strengthen cooperation in the fields of education and scientific research, launch joint academic programs, and implement collaborative scientific and academic projects. The memorandum also envisages expanding opportunities for student internships and exchange programs, promoting academic mobility, and developing joint initiatives in accordance with international educational standards.

The parties further agreed to organize joint seminars, training sessions, and scientific-practical events aimed at enhancing the professional qualifications of faculty members and students, identifying promising areas of cooperation, and establishing effective mechanisms for the exchange of information and expertise.
In accordance with the agreement, separate specific agreements (Convenio Específico) will be signed for each individual project, academic exchange program, or joint initiative. This memorandum does not in itself initiate any specific projects but serves as a legal framework for future cooperation.
To ensure the effective implementation of the partnership, a Joint Coordinating Committee was established. Marian Moron Martin was appointed as the representative of Pablo de Olavide University, while Professor Dilrabo Bakhronova was designated as the representative of Uzbekistan State World Languages University.
The memorandum enters into force on the date of its signing and will be automatically renewed on an annual basis.
