Information about the activities of the Department
The university carries out academic activities on the organization of education on the basis of a credit-modular system, effective management and mutual coordination of the work of deaneries, departments and related structures related to the educational process in this regard. Department composition: consists of 1 chief specialist and 10 leading specialists. The Department of credit system management of education was established with the aim of keeping the processes of assessment of education and student knowledge separate, monitoring the inclusion of science resources developed by departments in the HEMIS system and ensuring their integrity, improving the skills of professors and students in the use of the HEMIS platform, organizing re-education and conducting final controls.
Main functions of the Department:
• Inclusion of working training plans for specialties and areas of education in the Institute on the HEMIS platform and ensuring the integrity of the information contained in them;
* Summarize the final control assignments submitted by the relevant departments and ensure their inclusion in the Hemis;
• Development of a project of a graph for conducting final controls, taking into account the fund of auditoriums where exams are held;
* Organization and control of final controls from the relevant disciplines based on the approved final controls transfer graph;
• Regularly update the base of Final control tasks formed from the disciplines;
* Technical support of the system of assessment of the training of professors and teachers at the institute by students;
* Approval of students ' master of Science record after completion of final controls;
* Reorganization for students who have not mastered the subjects;
• Improve the skills of professors and teachers in the use of the platform during the academic year;
* Registration of all documents and letters of entry and exit that apply to the Department;
* Active participation in the spiritual and educational and organizational work carried out at the Institute.
