DEPARTMENT OF WORK, CONTROL AND MONITORING WITH APPEALS OF INDIVIDUALS AND LEGAL ENTITIES
To ensure that appeals to the University from individuals and legal entities are studied no later than the deadlines established in the legislation.
Functions:
Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on higher education, decrees, decrees and assignments of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions, orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, statements of the Presidium, decisions of the Ministry of construction and the Ministry of higher and secondary special education, as well as control over the timely and high-quality implementation of the orders;
Taking measures to avoid irresponsibility and censorship in the consideration of Appeals received from individuals and legal entities and to prevent repeated arrivals of appeals, to provide information about the work carried out to the executive discipline of the Ministry of higher and secondary special education and to the Department of work with appeals;
Monitoring the timely execution of documents on the basis of electronic proceedings and the document management system provide methodological assistance in ensuring the execution of documents;
Carries out the work of coordination of control work, studying the situation of executive discipline in all structural units, providing the necessary assistance in eliminating existing shortcomings, informing the rector of the university about the shortcomings;
The department carries out warning control, conducts current (daily) and monthly analysis of executive discipline, and provides information at meetings under the rector of the University;
Information at the meeting of the Scientific Council of the University on the activities of the Department of work, Control and monitoring with appeals of individuals and legal entities;
The organization of the control of executive discipline by the structural units of the University and the systematic targeted study of its condition, providing practical assistance in eliminating identified errors and shortcomings.
Rights and obligations:
The Ministry of Higher Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, orders and assignments of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions, orders, statements of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, statements of the Presidium of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions, orders, assignments of the Ministry of Higher and secondary special education, as well as timely and high-quality implementation of the;
To inform the rector about the results of the study of the state of executive discipline in the structural units of the University and to control the implementation of the orders adopted to eliminate errors and shortcomings identified in accordance with its topshrig;
Development of proposals and conclusions based on the analysis of the results of the study;
To make proposals to the rector of the University on the implementation of disciplinary sanctions prescribed by law in relation to the head and responsible employees who, if necessary, did not comply with executive discipline;
Examination of compliance with educational standards and educational regulatory documents at the University;
Participation in all types of board work that will take place at the University;
To request the necessary documents from faculties, departments and other structural units for the performance of their service tasks in the study of university activities and to attract talented specialists to the issue;
Work with appeals of individuals and legal entities, to establish working groups with the involvement of qualified professors and teachers of the University in the prescribed manner for the study of issues within the framework of the law of the control and monitoring Department in places.
