  • maintaining control of dismissal due to violations of labor discipline of employees in agreement with the trade union;
  • to track the extent to which supervisors working in the Human Resource Management Department are performing their duties;
  • to control the timely submission of all reports prepared by the Human Resources Management Department;
  • to control the transfer of personal documents of dismissed employees to the archive;

It should be known: regulatory legal acts related to the activities of the Department, laws, decisions of the Cabinet of ministers, decisions of the Ministry's Board, orders, the essence of the orders of the rector of the OSCE.

Qualification requirements:

  • to the professional and organizational abilities necessary in the managerial position in higher educational institutions, leadership work experience and experience in the field of education, relevant knowledge and skills within the scope of the type and competence of the activity;

Position tasks:

  • honest, conscientious performance of their labor duties, compliance with Labor and executive discipline;
  • personal sheets of professors and staff working at the OSM and maintaining the T-2 form;
  • request the documents necessary in the dismissal of professors and staff from the recruitment task and give their duties;
  • each month, a list of professors who have completed the selection period is presented to the training and Training Department for publication;
  • recording personal changes in the activities of professors and staff in their personal documents;
  • accepts statements that apply to professors who have passed the competition and have not passed yohud, and submit to the engineer for the preparation of the draft order;
  • preparation and approval of the schedule of Labor leave issued to professors and employees in December of each year;
  • preparation of a report on the required time on the T-1 form;
  • maintaining work books of professors and staff;
  • the transfer of personal collection volumes of professors and employees who quit every year to the archive of the OSCE;
  • preparation of extracts from the order.

Position tasks:
