A Gastronomic Event Held Within the “Student Spring” Festival

Within the framework of the “Student Spring” festival taking place in Nukus, Republic of Karakalpakstan, a gastronomic event titled “99 Dishes from Aral Sea Fish” was organized.

The Rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University, Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov, addressed the participants, congratulated them on the festival, and emphasized that such initiatives play an important role in strengthening friendship and cooperation among young people.

 

 

Additionally, Uzbekistan State World Languages University donated a collection of artistic and scientific literature to the Nukus branch of Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology.

During the event, participants were introduced to traditional fish dishes of the Aral Sea region and received detailed information about examples of the national gastronomic heritage.
