A meeting of the rector and professors was held today at the Faculty of International Journalism.

Rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University, Ilhomjon Tukhtasinov, told professors and teachers about the wide range of activities carried out at the university, in particular, 6 important issues: quality of education, scientific potential, international cooperation, spiritual - systematic implementation of educational work, strengthening of the material and technical base, fight against corruption.

It was emphasized that professors-teachers should use modern technologies and new methods in the process of teaching, and be honest in the process of evaluating students' knowledge.

At the end of the meeting, the dean of the faculty, Amrullo Karimov, spoke about the work being done to improve students' practical and theoretical knowledge at the Faculty of International Journalism. He recognized the achievements of professors and teachers in the field.
