A Meeting Was Held with the Yunus Emre Institute

On January 14, 2026, a meeting was held at Uzbekistan State World Languages University between the Head of the Department of Second Foreign Languages E. Moydinova, senior lecturer D. Akhmedjanova, volunteer lecturer Muhammad Ikbal Guler, and seven students studying Turkish at the Faculty of Translation Theory and Practice, and Ahmet Ozkan, the representative of the Yunus Emre Institute of the Republic of Türkiye in Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, students who had studied on a grant basis in Ankara, Türkiye, within the framework of academic cooperation and international educational programs implemented by the Yunus Emre Institute, were awarded certificates and commemorative gifts.

The students shared their reflections on the knowledge and experience they gained during their studies abroad, the role of the program in their professional development, and the achievements they attained. In addition, views were exchanged on the application of certain modern teaching methods used in Türkiye to the local educational process. The meeting concluded in an atmosphere of engaging and meaningful dialogue.
