A Memorandum of Cooperation Signed Between the UzSWLU and the International Association for Solidarity and Education

The Rector of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University (UzSWLU), Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, and the President of the International Association for Solidarity and Education (IASE), Philippe Boursault, have signed a memorandum of cooperation. This memorandum aims to develop collaboration in cultural, educational, and academic fields.

Main Objectives of the Memorandum:

1. Strengthening Cultural Exchange
   The parties aim to promote their cultures and develop exchange programs for students, teachers, and young people through joint cultural events, seminars, and programs.
2. Collaboration in Education
   Plans include implementing educational programs, conducting scientific research, and facilitating teacher exchange between UzSUWL and IASE.
3. Joint Projects and Programs
   The parties have agreed to organize scientific seminars, cultural events, and educational programs within the framework of mutually beneficial cooperation.

Key Areas of Cooperation:

• Expanding student and faculty participation in cultural and academic programs.
• Organizing joint cultural events, seminars, and projects.
• Developing new educational and cultural programs.

Coordination of Cooperation:

For coordination and monitoring of cooperation, UzSWLU Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov and IASE President Philippe Boursault have been designated as responsible parties.

This memorandum takes cultural and educational cooperation to a new level not only for Uzbekistan and France but also for the international community. Both sides expressed their readiness to implement further mutually beneficial projects.
