A Seminar on Strengthening Executive Discipline Held at UzSWLU

On August 8, 2025, the Uzbekistan State World Languages University held a practical training seminar dedicated to strengthening executive discipline, as part of the implementation of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation's Protocol No. 57 (dated August 6, 2025) and Order No. 278 (dated August 1, 2025).

 

 

The seminar was organized by the university's Departments of Citizen Appeals, Control and Monitoring, and the Administrative Office. The event was opened by the university's rector, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov.

During the seminar, university legal counsel Sh. Abdilayev provided insights into the content and significance of the Presidential Decree No. PF-117, dated July 25, 2025 — “On Additional Measures to Further Strengthen Executive Discipline in State Bodies and Organizations.”

 

 

In addition, Head of the Department for Citizen Appeals, Control and Monitoring, S. Rakhmonov, presented a report on the work being carried out to ensure executive discipline, the capabilities of the “Ijro.gov.uz” system, and noted that between January and July 2025, 5,131 documents were received and processed for execution at the university.

At the conclusion of the seminar, responsible officials were given tasks to ensure the full and high-quality implementation of the decree, enhance personal responsibility and accountability at all levels, and effectively monitor document execution through electronic systems.
