A Seminar on “The Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Educational Process” Was Held at the Faculty of Translation

On January 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., a seminar entitled “The Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Educational Process” was held at the Faculty of Translation of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University, at the Department of Theory and Practice of Arabic Translation.

The seminar was conducted by Dr. Ubayd Muhammad Abdulhalim Abduljawad, Associate Professor at Cairo University, Arab Republic of Egypt.

The following issues were discussed during the seminar:
the latest applications of artificial intelligence in educational practice;
open-access artificial intelligence tools for teachers and academic staff;
methods for the effective integration of technology into the educational process;
enhancing the educational process through artificial intelligence.

The seminar was attended by faculty members of the Department of Theory and Practice of Arabic Translation, international experts, and master’s students. During the event, the practical potential of artificial intelligence in education and effective ways of its implementation were discussed in detail.
