On December 9, an important meeting was held at the Network Center for Retraining and Professional Development of Pedagogical Personnel under the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, within the framework of a joint professional development program conducted in cooperation with Gunadarma University of Indonesia.

Ten professors and teachers from USUWL successfully completed the 72-hour training stage held at the Center. They will now continue their academic activities on Bali Island, Indonesia.

This visit offers our professors not only opportunities for scientific and methodological improvement but also direct exposure to global educational practices, allowing them to engage with Indonesia’s cultural and academic environment. The trip is organized in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 2909 (April 20, 2017), Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 415 (July 11, 2024), Protocol No. 6 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation (January 20, 2025), and the cooperation memorandum signed with Gunadarma University on March 26, 2025.

During the meeting, Rector Ilhomjon Tukhtasinov provided detailed instructions to the delegation members regarding discipline, responsibilities within the cooperation framework, and international protocol requirements. He expressed confidence that this visit will further strengthen scientific, academic and innovative cooperation between the two universities. The rector wished the delegation successful negotiations, productive exchange of experience and good luck.
