2026-05-19 10-33 An International Cooperation Memorandum Was Signed at Uzbekistan State World Languages University with Universities of Indonesia and Malaysia
On May 18, an online memorandum signing ceremony was held at Uzbekistan State World Languages University with Tarakanita University of Indonesia and SEGi University of Malaysia.
The event was attended by the Rector of Tarakanita University, Dr. Antonius Singgih Setiawan; the Director of Cooperation, Public Relations and Marketing, Dr. Paula Tjatoerwidya Anggarina; the Vice-Chancellor of SEGi University, Dr. Mariani Binti Md Nor; the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Srikumar Chakravarthi; as well as specialists in international cooperation and communications.
Representing Uzbekistan State World Languages University were the Rector of the university, Ilkhomjon Madaminovich Tukhtasinov; the Head of the International Cooperation Department, Kh. Yuldashev; and P. Omonov, a representative of the 3rd English Language Faculty, who served as the moderator.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of mutual cooperation, the exchange of experience in scientific research, the launch of academic mobility programs, as well as promising projects in the fields of education and communications.
This memorandum became an important step toward further expanding the international cooperation network of Uzbekistan State World Languages University and strengthening ties with foreign higher education institutions.
