An Introductory Meeting Was Held for Students of the Faculty of Russian Philology by the Registrar’s Office

On November 24, 2025, the Registrar’s Office of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages organized an introductory meeting for students of the Faculty of Russian Philology. The event began with an opening speech by the Head of the Service Department, Akhmedov Abdulaziz Mashrabovich.

Following this, the database manager, Umarov Abdurasul Abdurakhmanovich, provided detailed information about the responsibilities of the Registrar’s Office, the procedure for handling daily inquiries, services offered to students, and the processes of document issuance.

During the meeting, students received clear and practical explanations on the following topics:
• main functions of the Registrar’s Office;
• application submission mechanism;
• procedures for using electronic services;
• guidelines for obtaining certificates;
• information about more than 64 services provided through the unified service center.

Additionally, the students were given comprehensive instructions regarding the contract payment process, payment methods, and the use of the contract.edu.uz platform.
