An official meeting was held with the participation of Askerov Mayil Binet oglu, Head of Department at the Nasimi Institute of Linguistics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

On May 13 at 3:00 PM, an official meeting was held on the 6th floor of the Rectorate building of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages with the participation of Askerov Mayil Binet oglu, Head of Department at the Nasimi Institute of Linguistics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

Representing the university were Rector I. Tukhtasinov, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation A. Nasirov, Head of the International Cooperation Department H. Yuldashev, Head of the Master’s Department N. Djusupov, and Head of the Department of the Faculty of English Language No. 1 A. Yuldashev.

During the meeting, the participants discussed expanding cooperation in the field of scientific research, publishing articles in prestigious journals indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, organizing seminars for doctoral students, and developing guidelines for academic writing.

The parties also reached agreements on establishing a joint academic supervision system, attracting doctoral candidates from Azerbaijan to PhD and DSc programs, organizing scientific internships, and holding joint scientific and practical conferences.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to further strengthen cooperation and develop scientific relations.
