Admission for Second and Subsequent Higher Education for the 2025/2026 Academic Year Has Begun

Online registration for applicants seeking a second or subsequent higher education for the 2025/2026 academic year is open through the Unified Education Services Portal of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation — my.edu.uz — until August 10 of this year.

On the portal, applicants must:

• enter their passport details and personal identification number (JSHSHIR);
• upload electronic copies of their diploma and academic transcript;
• select the higher education institution and field of study they wish to apply to.

Second and subsequent higher education is provided on a tuition-fee (contractual) basis.

Note: Admission quotas for second and subsequent higher education programs are determined by the academic council of the respective higher education institution, taking into account its scientific-pedagogical capacity and material-technical resources.
