In 1987-1992, he was a student of the Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages

In 1992-1998, he was a senior teacher of the department of English lexicon of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

In 1998-2013, he was the deputy dean for spiritual and moral education of the Faculty of English Philology №1 of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

In 2013-2014 - Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of English Language № 3 of Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

2014-2019 - Dean of the Faculty of English №3 at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

In 2019-2022 - vice-rector for educational affairs of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University

From 2022 - acting rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University.
