2026-08-26 04-51 Yusufjon Radjaboy o‘g‘li Azzamov has been appointed Dean of the 1st Faculty of English at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.
Prior to this appointment, since February 1, 2025, he had served as Dean of the Faculty of English Philology at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.
Yusufjon Azzamov was born on July 10, 1988, in Jomboy District, Samarkand Region. In 2010, he completed his bachelor’s degree at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, and in 2013, his master’s degree at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. His specialization is Linguistics (English). He holds a PhD in Philological Sciences and is an Associate Professor.
Throughout his professional career in the education sector, he has served as a lecturer and deputy dean. He has also held the positions of Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Translation Studies and Head of the Academic and Methodological Department at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.
