2026-08-26 05-10 Zafar Abdumuminovich Norboyev has been appointed Head of the Registrar’s Office at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Head of the Educational Process Organization Department of the Academic and Methodological Administration at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.
Zafar Norboyev was born on September 26, 1988, in Jizzakh. In 2011, he completed his bachelor’s degree at Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, and in 2020, his master’s degree at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. He holds a PhD in Pedagogical Sciences and speaks Russian, Arabic, and English.
Throughout his professional career, he has worked as a lecturer, department head, and deputy dean at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages. At Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, he has served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Philology and Head of a department within the Academic and Methodological Administration.
