Nurislom Iskandarovich Khursanov Appointed to a New Position

Nurislom Iskandarovich Khursanov has been appointed Head of the “Integrated English Language Course No. 2” Department at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Head of the “Foreign Philology” Department at Renaissance Education University.

Nurislom Khursanov was born on May 7, 1992, in Surkhandarya Region. In 2018, he completed his bachelor’s degree, and in 2020, his master’s degree at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.

Doctor of Philological Sciences (DSc), Associate Professor.

He has carried out teaching and research activities in the higher education system.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2008–2011 — Oltinsoy Agricultural Vocational College.

2014–2018 — Bachelor’s student at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.

2018–2020 — Master’s student at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.

2019–2021 — Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages, Bucheon University in Tashkent.

2020–2023 — Researcher at Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature.

2023–2024 — Senior Lecturer at the Department of English Philology, Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature; Acting Associate Professor at the Department of Pedagogy and Philology and Acting Head of the Department of Foreign Philology at Renaissance Education University.

2023–2026 — Associate Professor at the Department of Practical English and Literary Studies, Faculty of Foreign Philology, National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek (on an external part-time basis).

2022–Present — Expert in English at the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2024–Present — Head of the “Foreign Philology” Department at Renaissance Education University.
