2026-08-26 05-29 Oybek Amonovich Qulmamatov Appointed to a New Position
Oybek Amonovich Qulmamatov has been appointed Head of the Department of Practical English Language Disciplines No. 2 at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Senior Lecturer at the Department of English Language Teaching Methodology No. 3 at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.
Oybek Qulmamatov was born on November 21, 1985, in Surkhandarya Region. In 2011, he completed his master’s degree at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages. In 2022, he completed a master’s degree in State and Municipal Administration at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
PhD in Philology. He speaks English, Russian, French and Turkish.
Throughout his professional career, he has worked as a senior lecturer at higher education institutions, a Duty Free service manager at Abu Dhabi International Airport in the UAE, as well as a doctoral researcher and senior lecturer at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.
