Career Opportunities: Open Dialogue with the Customs System

At Uzbekistan State World Languages University, the Career Center organized a meeting (workshop) for graduating students with the participation of representatives of the State Customs Authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The event was opened by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs M. Chutpulatov. During the meeting, detailed information was presented about service in the customs system, available opportunities, and the conditions being created for young specialists.

The following representatives took part in the event:

Umida Bakhtiyarovna Pirmukhamedova — Adviser to the Chairman of the Customs Committee
Oybek Alisherovich Muminov — Deputy Head of the Department for Human Resources Development and Management
Abbos Tulkunovich Saidov — Deputy Head of the Department for Human Resources Development and Management
Adil Oripovich Mamajonov — Head of Division, Department of International Cooperation

During the meeting, an open dialogue was held with the students, and detailed answers were given to their questions. The opportunities for internships in customs authorities and for starting a future career in this field were also discussed.

This workshop became one of the important meetings aimed at supporting students’ professional development and employment.

Such opportunities being created at the university provide a solid foundation for students’ future careers.
