TO THE ATTENTION OF ENTREPRENEURS AND INVESTORS!

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to increase the level of accommodation for students in higher education institutions in the Republic" No. 563 was adopted on September 9, 2021. This resolution stipulates the construction of student dormitories by attracting private investments on the basis of public-private partnership

The initiative proposal, including the project concept, was presented to the Uzbekistan State World Languages University by the private enterprise “BINOKOR-SHUXRAT” LTD. In this project, it is planned to build and organize the activities of a student accommodation building for 1 500 places on the territory of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University (in 0.3 hectares).

The selection of a private partner for the project is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Public-Private Partnership” and the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 259 dated April 26, 2020 “Improving the procedure for the implementation of public-private partnership projects”.
