COOPERATION MEMORANDUM SIGNED

On December 12, 2025, a cooperation memorandum was signed between Uzbekistan State World Languages University (UzSWLU) and Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute (BukhSPI). The meeting was attended by the heads of the two universities — UzSWLU Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov and BukhSPI Rector B.B. Mamurov.

Within the framework of the memorandum, the parties identified the main areas of cooperation: faculty exchange, scientific collaboration, development of teaching methods and technologies, professional development courses, seminars, conferences, and other joint activities. It also includes academic supervision and consultation for master’s and doctoral dissertations, as well as ensuring student academic mobility.

The parties agreed to conduct activities based on principles of respecting intellectual property rights, maintaining confidentiality, and independently covering financial obligations. This document will contribute to strengthening and developing scientific, educational, and cultural ties between the two universities.
