2026-09-03 02-50 Discussion of a Dissertation Research Was Held
On September 3, Uzbekistan State University of World Languages held a discussion at a one-time scientific seminar of the dissertation research submitted by Nargiza Asrorova Isomitdinovna for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philological Sciences, in the specialty 10.00.11 — Applied and Computational Linguistics, on the topic: “A Corpus-Based Discourse Analysis of Oral Conversations with Artificial Intelligence Chatbots in a Second Language.”
The discussion was organized both in an in-person format and via the ZOOM online platform. The event was attended by the dissertation supervisor, reviewers, and official opponents.
During the seminar, participants shared their views on the relevance, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the dissertation research, and thoroughly discussed the findings of the study. Participants also raised questions and put forward suggestions concerning the dissertation research.
