On december 25, the DSC, which provides scientific degrees at the Uzbekistan State University of world languages.03/30.12.2019. Phil.Scientific Council No. 27.01 was held at the 41st session.

It defended the dissertation written by Yunusova Sohiba Abdusattorovna for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in philological Sciences on the topic “Gender characteristics of advertising texts in French and Uzbek languages”, prepared on the specialty 10.00.06 – Comparative Literary Studies, Applied Linguistics and translation.

In the defense of his dissertation, The rector of UzSWLU, Prof. Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, members of the Scientific Council, official opponents and other university officials took part.

During the discussion process, the relevance of the topic of the dissertation, its contribution to the field of Science, the level of study and scientific novelty were discussed. At the end, the researcher presented reasonable answers to all questions of interest to the participants.
