Dissertation research discussed at a scientific seminar

On March 13, a scientific seminar dedicated to the discussion of dissertation research was held at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University in both offline format and via the ZOOM online platform.

During the seminar, the dissertation of Go‘zal Muxammadiyevna Burxonova, prepared in the specialty 10.00.06 – Comparative Literature, Contrastive Linguistics and Translation Studies, entitled “Mutual Translation and Lexicographic Interpretation of Agrarian Terms in Uzbek and Russian Languages”, submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philological Sciences, was discussed.

During the seminar, participants expressed their opinions regarding the relevance of the research, its scientific novelty, as well as its theoretical and practical significance. A question-and-answer session was held on the results of the study, and participants provided relevant recommendations.

At the conclusion of the seminar, appropriate conclusions regarding the dissertation were drawn based on the comments and recommendations expressed.
