On November 20, the "Center for the Development of Modern Journalism" non-governmental non-profit organization, within the 2nd component "Strengthening the capacity of civil society" of the "Effective management for economic development" (EGED) project, "Awareness of young journalists in the field of public procurement" to the students of the International Journalism Faculty of UzDJTU and training sessions were held on the subject of "improvement of skills".


Students, professors and teachers of the faculty participated in it and discussed the current issues of economic development and growth, ensuring the openness of economic reforms, accountability and transparency of state procurement, determining the role and opportunities of mass media and journalists in participating in these processes. they increased their knowledge and skills in such topics as strengthening the digital skills and potential of civil society.

The training was conducted by Dilfuza Mirzakhmedova, a skilled media trainer, media expert, researcher, editor-in-chief of the www.factchecknet.uz platform of the Center for the Development of Modern Journalism.
