On October 18, UzSWLU held a festive event titled "My Native Language—A Fortress Protected by Law" dedicated to Uzbek Language Day, celebrated on October 21.

At the start of the event, a video from the essay competition was shown. UzSWLU Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov opened the ceremony with a congratulatory speech and awarded the winners of the essay competition with letters of gratitude and commemorative gifts.

The event's guest, Professor Khadicha Mukhitdinova, congratulated the audience on the holiday. Artists from the Uzbek State Philharmonic performed celebratory songs.
