Explanatory work on the procedure for awarding grants to students is ongoing
At the Uzbekistan State World Languages University, step-by-step advocacy and explanatory activities are ongoing to clarify the content and essence of the regulation “On the procedure for awarding and redistributing grants to students in higher education institutions.”
In particular, dedicated meetings on this topic were held at the Faculties of Romance-Germanic Philology, English Philology, and Eastern Philology. The events were attended by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs M. Chutpulatov, Head of the Educational-Methodological Department, Heads of the Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment Department, Faculty Deans, their deputies, tutors, and first-year students.
During the meetings, detailed explanations were given about the current procedures related to grants, criteria for their allocation and redistribution, as well as key aspects of the process. Comprehensive answers were also provided to students' questions on the topic and other academic matters.
These activities serve as an important step toward increasing students' legal literacy and shaping a transparent and fair educational system.
