2026-06-10 11-45 Extended Departmental Scientific Discussion of the Dissertation
On June 8, an extended departmental scientific discussion of a dissertation was held at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University, conducted both in offline format and via the ZOOM online platform.
The discussion considered the dissertation of Yuldashev Khusanboy Ibragimovich, submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences under specialty 10.00.06 – Comparative Literary Studies, Contrastive Linguistics, and Translation Studies, entitled: “Linguistic Features of Translating Official Correspondence in the Field of Education (Based on English and Uzbek Languages).”
The researcher presented in detail the aims, objectives, scientific novelty, and practical significance of the study. During the discussion, opinions, suggestions, and recommendations were expressed regarding the theoretical and practical aspects of the dissertation.
Reviewers also presented their conclusions and recommendations concerning the dissertation work.
At the conclusion of the discussion, it was noted that the dissertation meets the established requirements, and a decision was made to recommend it for further stages of consideration.
