Field Hockey: A Seminar-Training Held within the Framework of the “Minister’s Cup”

Today, April 8, a seminar-training on field hockey was held at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University with the participation of female students from higher educational institutions.

During the presentation conducted by Acting Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports, Associate Professor (PhD) Mehrinigor Shavkatovna Yakhshiyeva, participants were provided with comprehensive information about the origin of field hockey, stages of its development, basic rules, and key aspects of practical application.

Throughout the event, participants actively engaged and, along with theoretical knowledge of the game, acquired practical skills. This seminar-training serves as an important preparation for their effective participation in upcoming sports competitions.
